The sale “effected yesterday” of “The Castle” at 236 Fairmount Street and two apartment buildings on Nesmith Street, from Thomas J. and Grace L. Murphy to Alexander T. Herron. The article gives Herron’s address as 4 Mansfield road (the directories have 8 Mansfield road, C-175) and says Murphy bought the castle “about 10 years ago” (the deed is of 1944).
